Marvin Kramer Bio

Marvin was brought up as a Jew in The Bronx, New York. He came to faith in Yeshua (Jesus) in 1976. He immigrated to Israel in the mid-1980s where has since been practicing law.  He, his wife Orit, and their three children, attend Bethesda Messianic Assembly in Haifa, where he serves as an Elder.

Instrumental in establishing a non-profit society (amutah) whose purpose is to prevent the passage of legislation that would discriminate against the Messianic community in Israel, Marvin provides assistance, including free representation, to those who have experienced discrimination because of their faith in Yeshua.

Marvin is also General Manager of A Future and a Hope (acharit v’tikvah), a registered, non-profit, pro-life organization which not only provides counsel and guidance regarding all aspects and stages of life in the womb, but also deals with sexually-transmitted diseases and provides abuse counselling.  Orit serves with him as a counsellor and instructor, and has presented seminars and workshops at all levels of the Israeli education system.  The organisation has a program called “First Year of Life,” through which is provided all of the baby’s material needs for the first twelve months.  Together, they have reached out to all segments of society from those in the army to those who walk the streets.

Marvin has also established non-profit societies which have a national ministry and impact many who are in need, and he also writes a regular, detailed update about events in, and relating to, Israel called, “The Week That Was,” whose purpose is to generate prayer for the people and matters mentioned.
